We had a brilliant time staying at this boutique flat. The location was excellent, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was also warm and cozy, perfect for the colder weather. We especially loved the easy access to other areas with the bus stop just outside and the tram station a short walk away.
The only downside was that the mattress in the bedroom was a bit too soft for our liking.

The apartment had towels, and I even got to use them for my towel origami masterclass! It was like I was in a luxurious spa, but without the actual spa. Brilliant!
Oh, the disappointment of not being able to engage in my favorite activities of hiking and skiing in the apartment. Truly tragic.

I recently stayed at a boutique flat in a brilliant area of Manchester, and I couldn't have been happier. The flat was spacious, well-equipped, and kept warm during the chilly autumn weather. It was also conveniently located near numerous restaurants, bars, and public transportation options. The cleanliness and range of amenities were exceptional, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if I visit the city again.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The decor of Burton House Boutique Flat was simply delightful. The attention to detail in the furnishings and overall design created a cozy and charming ambiance, perfect for a senior woman like myself. The general areas of the hotel were impeccably maintained, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was fantastic. There were ramps and handrails throughout the premises, making it easy for me to navigate and ensuring my safety at all times.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. Although the children working there were polite and helpful, there were moments when I could have used a bit more support, especially when carrying my luggage or navigating the surrounding area.

The apartment was well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and even had a toaster! It was like having a little breakfast nook right in our own flat.

This place was amazing! the apartment was super clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. the best part was the easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop right outside and a tram station just a short walk away. It made exploring the city a breeze!
The only downside for me was the mattress. It was a bit too soft and could have been firmer and more supportive.
